Unit Manager (Dynamics365 Finance & Operations)

Function

As Unit Manager Dynamics365 Finance & Operations you are responsible for the overall business of a team of consultants working on Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations. You report directly to the Division Manager of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division. This division groups expertise around Dynamics365 and Office365 (CRM, ERP, Data Insights, Digital Workplace). Your primary responsibility is overseeing and managing the activities of your unit. More specifically people Management, unit management and customer satisfaction. You are part of the Microsoft Business Solutions management team, and as such active in both strategic and operational projects.

 

As Unit Manager your responsibilities include dealing with the following tasks:

  • People Management
    • Make your team, people grow
    • Leadership: e.g. coaching, individual evaluation, planning, follow-up, change, competency management.
    • Make the team grow, including by recruiting new consultants
    • You ensure a healthy dynamic within the team, and actively participate in a higher employee satisfaction
  • Unit Management
    Next to your role as people manager, you help achieve the strategic objectives of the Division. These can be projects in terms of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality of our services, research and business development. You also manage for your part of the business the partnership with Microsoft.
     
  • Customer Satisfaction
    You have an operational relationship with our clients via the delivered services, and your customer focus ensures high customer satisfaction. You know what our people are doing, and you are co-responsible for the quality of our services. You are able to broaden our activities within our current customer base, this by your interest in their business issues, and the solutions we implement for them.

Your profile

  • Pragmatic, constructive and proactive
  • Min. 7 yrs experience in an IT ERP-environment
  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations knowledge is a plus
  • Strong in developing Leadership and coaching of people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are customer oriented and enterpreneur
  • You take initiatives and can handle a healthy dose of stress
  • You can handle business in Dutch,French and English
  • Good writing and presentation Skills
