System Engineer Desktop Virtualization

As a system engineer you are responsible for the daily management of the virtual workplace of our clients. You have an eye for the customer’s needs and you look for the right solutions. You will end up in a versatile job in which your technical expertise contributes to the ease of use and flexible working for our customers.

 

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • Teamwork is very important to you, but you also function very well independently.
  • You can act proactively and critically.
  • You formulate the necessary improvement proposals and implement them.
  • You provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our customers and internal colleagues.
  • You come into contact with various workplace technologies including Citrix Xenapp/Xendesktop and Microsoft RDS.
  • You can independently develop small projects from A to Z, such as setting up remote desktop platforms (Citrix Xenapp/Xendesktop and Microsoft RDS).
  • In large projects you work closely together with the architect and project leader.
  • Your technical expertise is an added value in presales files.
  • Your workplace is diverse: from home, at customers, from the office.
  • Do you also have knowledge of SCCM and Intune? Marvelous!  
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch. English and French are nice to haves.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are an all round System engineer windows (Windows server 2008R2 and higher)
  • Good knowledge of Windows Client OS
  • Active Directory
  • Scripting (Powershell, Python, …)
  • SCCM
  • Very good knowledge of the following citrix components:
    • Citrix XenApp/Xendesktop
    • Citrix Provisioning service
    • Citrix Netscaler (is a plus)
  • Do you have Citrix certificates? Nice!
  • GPO: group policy objects.
  • Intunes basics

Build a culture of innovative and virtual collaboration in a hybrid work environment
