Innovation: creating conditions for serendipity

Companies know that being innovative is essential for survival in today's 'VUCA' world* and that new technologies can help them with this. Although a growing number of companies are actively working on innovation, organizations often can't see the wood for the trees due to the abundance of technological possibilities available. Of course, there are certainly a number of recommendations that must be considered.
