Are you ready to take on a real challenge within a dynamic and innovative ICT company?

Join us as a senior service manager to manage and monitor large and complex outsourcing contracts, and help guide our IT Outsourcing Division by coming up with internal improvement processes and implementing them across all clients!

Here’s what you’ll get up to…

  • You’ll get to make sure that the client’s expectations match the terms of the contract, and vice versa.
  • You’ll be the one managing contracts:
    • reporting internally and externally on the profitability, invoicing, correct interpretation, optimization and development of the contracts;
    • making sure that CMDB entries and documentation are complete and accurate at all times;
    • translating contracts into concrete SLAs, communicating them internally, coordinating them and converting them into a service delivery plan;
    • supervising expansions and/or renewals, in collaboration with client executives, division managers and business development managers.
  • During presales, you’ll be contributing to crafting complex proposals and writing simpler proposals yourself.
  • You’ll work closely with:
    • unit managers and division managers to assess the work of employees within the framework of contracts and the implementation of the agreed SLAs and KPIs;
    • project managers to help determine project priorities and the scope of implementation by the services team. For smaller projects, you’ll handle project management yourself;
    • the architect to ensure that new concepts and proposals best support the client’s goals.
  • You’ll get to analyse clients’ business, organization and systems so that you can help draw up, present and deliver service proposals based on the Realdolmen portfolio. Clients will turn to you as a trusted advisor.
  • You’ll get to draw up a service strategy, with concrete improvement initiatives and action plans, as well as test it out and handle its implementation.

Your profile

  • Do you have a master’s degree or equivalent experience?
  • Do you have an ITIL Intermediate (v3) or Service manager (v2) certification?
  • Are you an ICT wizard with a real passion for the field?
  • Do you naturally empathize with clients regarding their technology and business processes to best assess how these impact their business?
  • Do you have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a service manager?

  • Do you speak and write fluent Dutch, French and English?
  • Do you never lose sight of the bigger picture, even on highly complex projects?
  • Are you good at organizing, coordinating and solving problems quickly?
  • Are you good at spotting improvement opportunities and always up for helping implement them?
