Senior Solution Advisor Outsourcing



  • Business Development – responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities within the IT Outsourcing domain, for both infrastructure and applicative outsourcing
  • You are a real networker/hunter who is passionate in making new contacts and clients
  • Driving an end-to-end pursuit cycle for large sized outsourcing opportunities with strategic clients or prospects
  • Client relationship management – managing relationships with key decision makers and CXOs
  • Selling concepts to the client and influencing the client to award business based on capability and track record in similar situations
  • Conduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favourable outcomes
  • Review sales plan, pursuit plan/business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and MSA negotiations with the client
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure & Applicative experts and the bid team to build customized solutions pitches for the target account
  • Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product and service vendors



  • Min. 8+ years’ experience in IT Outsourcing sales
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms to be able to spot opportunities for large outsourcing deals and to ensure conversion to business as per client needs
  • Experience in managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
  • Track record as a Business Developer in a rapidly growing customer relationship
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • You have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
