# WeAreInetum

Our hashtag to tell existing and new employees what we stand for as an employer. But also the hashtag that conveys our pride. We have plenty of strengths and daily successes to celebrate.

From traditional data warehouses to modern data architecture, here's what you really need to know

Every (about to be) data-driven organization needs a modern data platform. A company like this wants to do more with its data than just create efficient reporting. Data should also become the heart of the organization from which value can be created, a more efficient organization ensured, and even new services can be offered to customers. In addition to a streamlined culture and processes, a smartly designed technology platform is also needed to facilitate everything.

Cloud drives innovation and differentiation

Data is the new oil and software is taking over the world. Sure, but how do you deal with that as a company? Do you swear by your own data center or are you better off in the cloud? And what does the cloud look like?

A sporty challenge with a win-win-win outcome, a positive flow for everyone

Staying balanced is one of the requirements for us to be able to achieve the ambitious goals associated with our renewed identity together. We will need to maintain a good balance within our company for this, but we mustn't forget our personal life balance either. That’s why we challenged everyone to get moving through our 'Positive Flow Challenge', a name that fits in nicely with our identity. The results are astonishing, and that benefits us personally, our company and good causes as well.
