Resource Planning Officer

As Resource Planning Officer you are responsible for the coordination of all planning requests within Operations of the Infrastructure Services Outsourcing & Resell division (a.k.a. ISOR)



As resource Planning officer you will have following responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for different parties in terms of planning of resources for projects and support, presales and business development activities.
  • You make sure that the right engineers are assigned based on the  relevant skills and that in close consultation with the team leads and applicants (such as Project Managers, Service Delovey Managers, Team Operations Manager, Portfolio Manager, Sales, …)
  • You understand the sense of urgency and impact of each application.
  • You report weekly to Team Operations Managers
  • You keep the planning tool up-to-date
  • You ensure an unambiguous planning so that the continuity of support and projects is guaranteed, taking into account absences, training, shifts, …
  • You manage a uniform way of working through clear communication and you monitor the planning process
  • You ensure that the agreements made with the applicants and customers are fulfilled.
  • You participate in various meetings with various stakeholders
  • In line with the needs and the evolution of the position, you take on the tasks aimed at the proper performance of the position


  • You have a keen eye on organization and planning
  • Accuracy and correctness are your middle names
  • You are able to estimate the priorities
  • You are solution oriented and commercial and communication minded
  • You are able to communicate assertively and confidently
  • You are constructive, proactive and pragmatic
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a nice to have.
  • Good knowledge in excel and experience in both ERP and AX and OmniTracker is welcome!

Start to FIP, because everyone is unique
