Resource Management Office Lead

YOUR FUNCTION:

The Resource Management Office Lead runs the strategy, the governance, the processes and the tools to guarantee delivery readiness,  for Inetum-Realdolmen, projects, managed services and sourcing business.

The Resource Management Office Lead is responsible for:

Ensuring delivery Readiness:

  • Demand vs supply: assure delivery readiness matching the business plan-
  • Capacity & Capability Planning in close collaboration with HR and Business Lines:
    • Strategical:
      • Long Term (quarterly/FY, 3-24 months) based on Business Plan
      • Resources Supply vs Demand
      • Delivery Mix (Own, Remote/Offshore, 3rd Party, …) in close cooperation with HR and Business Lines
      • Workforce Strategy (hire/fire, reskill, …)
    • Tactical:
      • Short Term (daily/monthly, 0-3 months) based on funnel
      • Ongoing Resource Requests, Allocation and Assignments
      • Resource Planning & Calendaring
      • Utilization Forecasting
      • Responsible for digitalization in cooperation with IT within the RMO processes

Resource management and deals staffing:

  • Decide on the right resource in the right place at the right time
  • Resource planning
  • Focus on optimal  workforce utilization and profitable opportunities in close cooperation with Business Lines
  • Support the capacity & capability planning

Sourcing (Third Parties):

  • Drive and Support 3rd party engagement
  • Drive the creation of external and internal communities within the freelance network/alumni network.
  • Vendor capacity and capabilities
  • Closely follow up and fill in open requisitions
  • Build and maintain warm pool of talent through proactive and continuous recruiting
  • Sourcing sales
  • Define and realize the targets regarding our sourcing business, both in headcount growth in external resources, revenue and margin
  • Develop a commercial sourcing strategy and offering
  • Collaborate with the Inetum-Realdolmen sales organization in the approach towards sourcing frame agreements and the search for sourcing opportunities
  • Support management in hunting for opportunities for available employees
  • You actively manage and search for partner companies

People Management of the Matching & Resourcing cell

  • People management of the M&R Team Lead and Resource Officers in close cooperation with the M&R Team lead. The RMO Lead remains the ‘overall’  responsible People Manager for the resource officers.
  • Escalation-point for Resource Officers Team Lead (pricing, priorities, conflicts, …)

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are a motivator and inspirator

  • You are experienced in management roles within the ICT sector
  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian sourcing market
  • You are a good communicator in Dutch, French and English
  • You are naturally interested in the market evolutions and innovative sourcing strategies
