Here's the lowdown on what you'll be up to:

 

• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Being the go-to person for customers, assisting with solutions, pre-sales info, quotes, orders, and deliveries to meet our set targets.
• Continuously enhancing customer relationships through personalized interactions.
• Handling daily processing of phone and email orders and keeping a close eye on them.
• Proactively keeping track of customer requests, quotes, orders, and scheduled deliveries.
• Introducing exciting new products and promotions tailored to your clients.
• Boosting sales through cross-selling strategies.
• Ensuring top-notch customer accessibility by staying on top of incoming calls and emails.

You definitely possess these knowledge and skills:

 

• You preferably have relevant work experience, meaning knowledge in licensing for products such as Microsoft, Citrix, ...
• You are proficient in languages: Dutch or French is your mother tongue, and you have at least a basic understanding of the other national language. You also have a good command of English.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, with no secrets in Excel and Word.
