YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about building and nurturing partnerships within the technology ecosystem? We are
seeking a motivated and dedicated Partner Alliance Manager to join our team and lead collaborations with Microsoft. This role is pivotal in fostering and managing the relationship between our company and Microsoft, driving mutual success and growth.


Your main responsibilities as Partner Alliance Manager include:

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Microsoft, identifying areas of collaboration and strategizing to maximize the partnership's value.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with internal teams – locally and internationally – and Microsoft stakeholders to develop joint business plans, aligning objectives, and driving successful execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and propose and implement strategies to optimize collaboration outcomes.
  • Financial savviness: Building a solid understanding of Microsoft’s incentive programs and leveraging them to contribute to our growth.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and Microsoft, ensuring clear and effective communication on goals, initiatives, and opportunities.
  • Participate in Global Initiatives: Engage in collaborative projects, sharing best practices and insights with international colleagues, ensuring  a unified approach towards our partnership with Microsoft.


You will be reporting directly to the Director of Technologies. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the technology industry.
  • You know how to have an impact on people without a hierarchical relationship through your strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • You like to think on a strategic level, love to translate this into tactical objectives, but keep an eye on the operational excellence.
  • You are customer and partner focused and aim for long-term relationships.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
  • You are pro-active, strong willed, dynamic, ambitious and results driven.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • You don’t mind traveling abroad every now and then, across Europe and intercontinentally
