Manager HR Business Partners

Are you on the lookout for an exciting opportunity in HR? If you are a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a legal background, we have the ideal opportunity for you! Join our HR team as a Manager of HR Business Partners and make a significant impact on our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering our HR Business Partners, playing a crucial role in aligning Inetum Belgium’s people strategy with our business strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Business Partners, consisting of 5 motivated professionals.

  • Develop and implement initiatives in the field of HR, in line with the company's objectives and organizational needs. 

  • Help the organization to become future-ready by optimizing organizational design and by focusing on the existing employees in the organization and prepare them for the future. 

  • Act as a partner and advisor to management in HR matters. Support, develop, and coach the management team to become effective leaders and achieve organizational goals.

  • Foster a positive company culture and an environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.

  • Actively contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational changes, HR digitalisation, career & performance,… 

  • Ensuring a good relationship with the different internal departments and stakeholders, strengthening your business understanding in order to comprehend their challenges, needs and possible concerns.

  • Measuring, monitoring & continuously improving existing HR policies and procedures.

  • Throughout the entire HR cycle, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and social labor law matters.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.

  • Legal background and knowledge of HR legislation and labor law.

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate HR strategies into concrete action plans.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
