Junior IT Recruiter

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • You will take the recruitment requirements of your hiring managers
  • You will identify the relevant channels to find the right candidates and proactively contact them
  • You’ll do pre-selection interviews and try to find the right person for the right job
  • You’ll negotiate packages and close the contract signatures
  • You’ll build your personal network in your technology domain of recruitment, hunt and improve our visibility
  • You are a true ambassador of the company so you’ll represent  Inetum-Realdolmen at (online) jobfairs and other recruitment events

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You just graduated (Bachelor or Master) or have a first working experience
  • You love to connect with people and you communicate in a positive way to candidate, colleagues and hiring managers
  • You are result oriented
  • You are digital savvy
  • You speak fluently Dutch and French.
