Our hashtag to tell existing and new employees what we stand for as an employer. But also the hashtag that conveys our pride. We have plenty of strengths and daily successes to celebrate.

Build a culture of innovative and virtual collaboration in a hybrid work environment

Now that the wave that led us to all suddenly work from home as much as possible is slowly but surely receding, we are ready to embrace a new, hybrid work model in its wake. Some of us will be returning to the office more regularly, while others will continue to reap the benefits of working from home. This new model will change the way we interact with each other and with our work environment. This requires a new form of collaboration that goes beyond the online meetings we know today. We need tools that can bring people in diverse geographical locations together virtually, so they can collaborate more closely and efficiently. We organized an Innovation Thursday on this topic – see the highlights here.

HR and IT: a match made in heaven or a casual fling?

Smart companies are proactively pursuing an effective partnership between HR and IT. After all, both departments play a crucial role in keeping the digital transformation in an organization on the right track. Based on existing theories and a new survey of Flemish companies, Kwinten Seghers and Simon Schelpe investigate the possibilities in their master's thesis 'Organization and Management'.

Getting to the core of web development with Wietse and Mattias

To further expand our software development offering, we added a web development team to our portfolio last year. Through custom development, we can help every type of customer, including start-ups with smaller initial budgets. We have a wide range of expertise for this purpose. People are always at the heart of our company, so we'd like to let two of our web developers have their say. They explain how they make a difference, what their energizers are, and take you behind the scenes of the team.
