Head of Focused Sales

You lead the Focused sales, you are responsible for implementing the sales strategy by supporting the account managers in acquiring new customers or in supporting the account managers in X-selling or Up-selling on existing customers with focused solutions. You translate the business strategy into specific short & midterm action. Your strength lies within your technology independent approach. Via the Focused Sales (solution advisors) you are responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing of new opportunities, helping existing and new customers to enter in their digital flow. You support the Sales & Marketing Director with relevant tactical and operational initiatives. You take responsibility for progress delivery and you take the necessary actions if needed.

 

You coach the Focused Sales (solution advisors) and help them grow. You are the motor behind the winning culture development among the team members. You are an ambassador of your business as well internally in other parts of the company as externally on the market.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a sales team demonstrating sustainable and profitable growth

  • Demonstrate a “sales hunting spirit”

  • Proven track record of people development

  • Motivation and drive to lead positive change in people

  • Knowledge of the IT sector is recommended

  • International experience/experience working for an international company in a diverse team is a plus

  • Understanding and ability to apply finance concepts to business decision making

  • Communication and public speaking skills

  • Ability to connect across different levels of matrix organization and build trust

  • Out of the box and challenge the status quo thinking

  • Work-life balance skills

  • Fluency in Dutch, French & English
