Functional Analyst D365 Customer Engagement – Insurance focus

Function

Presales activities:

  • Work closely together with our partners and GFI head office and sister companies in several countries.
  • Setting up demo environments, author and deliver customer demo scenarios and meetings.
  • Establish relationships with new customers by being informed about customer business and the market through collaboration with all resources.
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs by using knowledge in the insurance market.

Evolution of D365 and our products:

  • Work closely together with the product manager and our technical lead, to extend and improve functionality of our products and software services matching new evolving customer and market demand
  • You continuously follow the products within the rapidly changing D365 world and ensure that our products are always aligned.
  • You devise solutions that meet all requirements and processes within the lines of D365 and Realdolmen.
  • You continuously question the existing products and make recommendations for improvement.
  • You are constantly looking to enrich our products in line with insurance-industry demand
  • You search for possible new interesting product functionality.

Performance:

  • You can work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • You translate the needs of the partner / customer into functional specifications.
  • You apply the functional changes to the products.
  • You watch over the quality of the design, the user-friendliness of the products, the customer & end user satisfaction.
  • You will also test new releases of our products.

Support:

  • You can answer functional questions from partners and customers in presales context

Your profile

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

Then hopefully you also have the necessary skills and experience:

  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement projects is handy.
  • Did you already do presales activities? Then that is a plus.
  • You are an actor without having stage fright? Then you are the entertainer that we dream of.
  • Do you have experience with writing functional analyzes? Then we are all ears.
  • Have you also participated in the development of D365 Customer Engagement products? Then that is an extra plus.
  • If the terms omnichannel, portals, chatbots, AI and CPQ sound familiar to you, we should definitely talk.
  • You have a large dose of flexibility.
  • You are extremely proactive.
  • You are eager to occasionally visits our partners / clients abroad.
  • A good to very good knowledge of the insurance world (B2C, B2B and B2B2C or future P2P models), both in terms of products and business processes within this world, gets our full attention.
  • You work perfectly independently, but just as easily in a team.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
  • You easily communicate with colleagues, customers and partners.
  • You are next to the expert, also a guide.
  • You get satisfied by tight deadlines and a rapidly evolving.
