In this context we are looking for a ‘Focused Sales – Customer Experience & Digital Platforms. Within this position you have one clear assignment and that is growing our organization further by bringing in new business that is based on our solutions concerning Customer Experience & Digital Platforms. You are responsible for all sales and marketing activities around Customer Experience & Digital Platforms in close cooperation with our eponymous division and the other marketing and sales colleagues, over the entire sales cycle.
The potential in the market for these solutions is enormous and our department is in full expansion given the need within the market to translate Digital Marketing concepts and strategies into an integrated technological backbone. The Focused Sales role Customer Experience & Digital Platforms is actually the sales role of the future. Departing from Digital Marketing strategies you need to become top-of-mind within your target market and audience as a thought-leader in order inspire them and finally sell Customer Experience & Digital Platform solutions. You need to combine Marketing and Sales skills in order to be successful.
Your target audience is usually situated at CxO level, mostly in the Marketing and Sales department of our Relationship managed customers, non-named customers as well as prospects where you do not sell technology to, but Roadmaps and Customer Journey mappings that translate into technological solutions. These interactions can result in Digital Marketing solutions, CRM and CMS projects, Data Science/Insights projects, Artificial Intelligence projects, Integration Projects, etc.
Our projects typically start with the Digital Strategy of our customers. Our teams Think (Design Thinking and Journey Mapping), Design (UX strategy, prototyping and wireframing), do Business Analyses (define prioritized roadmaps using Impact Mapping), and ultimately Create (using CMS / Portals, chatbots, custom development and frameworks) to deliver our customers Business value.
You work very closely with the Customer Experience & Digital Platforms division as well as the marketing & sales organization to realize our business ambitions.

- Value-based selling is not strange to you
- You have strong leadership skills and you are a bridge builder who connects marketing, sales and operations as collaboration determines our success

As Focused Sales Customer Experience & Digital Platforms you ideally have the following experiences and skills:
- Several years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
- Experience within a Marketing Agency is certainly a plus
- Familiar with Marketing concepts and solutions (customer experience platform, CRM, marketing automation, 1-to-1 content marketing, segmentation, product/market combinations, marketing campaign management, UX / UI strategy, ..)
- LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Digital Marketing platforms etc. belong to your experiential domain
- You have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate the benefits from the (technical) solutions to the customer
- You are able to work with Executive Level Management and convince them to translate with us their strategic ambitions into concrete projects (thus sell)
- Self-steering you follow the trends and evolutions within Digital Market Strategies
- Experienced with CRM tools and sales reporting
- You are always aware of the latest trends in the ICT market
