Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Manager

YOUR FUNCTION:
We are looking for an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Manager.
In this role you are responsible for driving and executing the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Strategy for Inetum-Realdolmen.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will build innovative Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition strategies in line with the Inetum-Realdolmen DNA, which incorporate the use of sourcing strategies, including optimization of search engines, social networks, recruiting events and research, candidate generation, candidate experience, and relationship management.
  • You will have a crucial role in shaping and implementing the employee value proposition and so define the experience that the employee has during his/her whole employee journey with Inetum-Realdolmen.
  • You will manage and develop the team to be more experienced and consultative, as well as meet the recruiting targets. You are responsible for employee performance reviews and KPI setting. You will be managing a recruiting team of 6 people.
  • You will implement and co-ordinate specific HR projects to ensure that the organization’s strategy, vision & needs can be realized.
  • You will provide transparency through metrics, dashboards and effective meetings.
  • You will lead by example by taking on critical senior level searches
    You will utilize your own leadership skills to help create a talent culture that values employees and effectively manages change.
  • You will build and maintain a thorough understanding of Inetum-Realdolmens business.
  • You will partner with Business Directors, Hiring Managers & the HR Business Partners
  • You will report to the HR Director.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a people management role managing and developing recruiting teams
  • You have the ability to create innovative Employer Branding & Talent Acquisitions strategies and execute the plan, while driving operational Employer Branding & Talent Acquisitions efficiencies.
  • You have strong affinity with the ICT sector.
  • You have exceptional skills in building relationships.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • You have excellent written/verbal Dutch, French & English communication skills.
