Are you the ECM wizard we’ve been looking for? If you’re ready for a new challenge and want a job where no two days are the same, you might just be!

As an ECM Senior Analyst, you’ll get to work for clients whose areas of specialization are constantly changing. Here’s how you’ll get to add to the team:

  • You’ll get to make a structural contribution during the analysis stage and the development of business projects aimed at “document management”.
  • You’ll take part in the development of our software (RFlow & RProve), based on the needs and components of the business processes.
  • You’ll also be helping install, configure and develop our Alfresco platforms for our clients.
  • You participate in crafting proposals for our clients.

Your profile

Do you have the knowledge and skills it takes to make a difference?

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of document management, as an analyst and technical expert?
  • Do you master a document management tool such as Alfresco, Documentum or SharePoint inside-out?
  • Have you already modelled processes using BPMN? Bonus points if you know your way around the workflow engine Activity!

And the icing on the cake:

  • Do you know all about Tomcat, JBoss or Wildfly from an “operational” point of view?
  • Do you have solid experience developing in Java?
  • Do you master the concepts around Web applications: frameworks Javascript, REST calls, HTML and CSS?
  • Do you master Dutch perfectly, both spoken and written?
    • Do you have good knowledge of (technical) English?
    • And can you follow and understand a conversation in French – enough to work together with your French-speaking colleagues?

Are these your best qualities?

  • You deal well with stress.
  • You get along just fine on your own, but are just as comfortable working in a team.
  • You’re brave enough to take responsibility for decisions made.
  • You’re flexible and open to other platforms and development environments.
  • You’ll seize any opportunity to grow your skills.
  • You like to always keep up with technical developments in your field.
  • It takes a lot to break your focus, even in stressful situations.
  • You want to be a pioneer in your field, with colleagues who share your passion.
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do: you’re always ready to take initiative and make things happen.
  • You know your languages: you speak and write fluent Dutch and English, and maybe even French too.

Our offer

  • The opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a difference
  • The chance to continuously evolve as a professional, coupled with a variety of training opportunities
  • Relevant career opportunities to get you where you want to be, with the IT knowledge you need

  • 32 days of annual leave, because life isn’t all about working
  • Forget about the miles: we provide you with a company car and a national fuel card

Our hashtag to tell existing and new employees what we stand for as an employer. But also the hashtag that conveys our pride. We have plenty of strengths and daily successes to celebrate.

Paradoxically competent: from contradictions to both-and thinking

For a long time, we were convinced that you have to make choices, first focusing on one and then on the other. We are faced with so many challenges in the world of business today that making choices has become something of a lost art. Cruising speed is only reached when the best of each world comes together and there is a smooth transition between opposite aims.

How to: nurture innovation in your employees' heads

At all levels of your organization, ideas are bubbling away beneath the surface. The next step is to bring them to the surface efficiently and then sift through them so that only those with the greatest added value remain. How do you do that, though?

Singularity: beyond prediction

There’s a well-known saying: ‘It’s difficult to make predictions, especially about the future.’ And it’s becoming even harder if you listen to the current generation of futurists, who are all talking about ‘singularity’. But what does singularity mean, and do you need to think about it?
