Drupal Technical Lead



As Drupal/Acquia Technical Lead, you are a key person in our DXP Drupal development projects.  You are passionate about delivering high quality platform solutions. 

You will be in charge technically of projects from start to end.  It is your job to detect problems early and fix them with the team and with the right solution.  You are skilled in turning functional and non-functional requirements into a solution with the best architecture.

You have an agile mindset, and want to take up responsibilities in the projects and teams that you will work in, and coach your colleagues to grow.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design solutions that offer the best CX (Customer Experience) based upon the Drupal  / Acquia stack
  • Design the appropriate architecture for the solutions we will build
  • Setup the correct CI/CD pipelines for the teams
  • Setup the Develop quality code using standards, including security and performance objectives
  • Analyze business needs and requirements in collaboration with the business analyst
  • Put quality first
  • Eager to learn new technologies/frameworks
  • Coach teammembers in the Drupal/Acquia technical stack and devops setup



Technical skills

  • You have a good knowledge of CMS systems (Drupal & Acquia) and/or eCommerce solutions (Magento) as lead developer & architect with customizations
  • You are an expert in PHP & you have good practice in codes norms
  • You have an excellent knowledge of web technologies and Open Source solutions in general
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in website development
  • You are a good communicator and you like working in a team
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch/French
  • You have excellent multi-tasking skills and you are motivated
