Customer Success Advisor

As a Customer Success Advisor you will have a clear purpose: growing your customer and prospect portfolio further with our Inetum-Realdolmen solutions and build stable long-term relations becoming their Digital Flow partner.

More concrete, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer in support of the Senior Account Managers for transactional (sourcing & products) sales activities, and take end-to-end sales ownership.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all non-managed customers to ensure we offer the best possible customer service.
  • Manage your customer and prospect portfolio. You will position the Inetum-Realdolmen wide portfolio at these companies and initiate Digital Flow partnership interactions.
  • Generate opportunities in close collaboration with the Sector Leads and, depending on the topic and complexity, also take the sales responsibility or dispatch opportunities to colleagues (Senior) Account Managers or Solution Advisors.
  • Take responsibility for the smooth communication and collaboration with colleagues and other departments to ensure we can offer the best possible services to customers.
  • Ensure professional usage of CRM and forecasting.

 

In short, you will have an important responsibility in selling transactional deals and in providing support and advice to customers. You show them what technology and innovation can offer for the digital flows of their business. Next to that it’s your goal to support the sales steam in order to achieve our company sales objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are passionate in selling solutions & services
  • You are passionate to follow the latest trends on what technology could mean for your customers’ business and inspire them with it
  • You use all your sales and networking skills to get top-of-mind at your customers and target audience
  • You are a passionate in making contacts
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are open to work in an international environment, even if your sales area will be mostly in Belgium
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French as well as English
