Contract Support Officer

Huizingen, Flemish Brabant, Flanders - Belgium

As a Contract Support Officer, you are the central point of contact for all contracts and administrative project setup. Within the contract support team you are responsible for drafting contracts and screening incoming contracts. You lead the contract phase, in consultation with contract support employees, the contract support manager and if necessary with legal employees. You will also screen all incoming project applications and prepare project registrations. As a JuniorAdministration Officer you ensure a maximum match between the expectations of the customer and the value proposition of Inetum Realdolmen.

You are responsible for handling the following tasks: 

  • Dealing with concrete and abstract problems and questions within a broadly defined objective.
  • Contract management.
  • Administrative project management.
  • Price management.
  • Process optimization.

For this function, you will be working from our HQ in Huizingen.

  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You have good communication skills and a strong dose of empathy.
  • You are a team player with a sense of responsibility.
  • You work accurately, are stress resistant and focus on deadlines.
  • You are customer-oriented, analytical and driven, resistant to stress.
  • You are pro-active, strong willed, dynamic and results driven.
  • You are proficient (writing and speaking) in Dutch, English, and French.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, where Excel and Word have no secrets for you.
