Change Manager

YOUR FUNCTION:

Are you looking for a new job where you can help our customers throughout a change ride ?

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • You deal with C-level managers of organizations
  • You’ll assess the change readiness and impact of changes on an organization
  • You’ll create and implement change management strategies and plans, helping employees adapting a new reality faster with less resistance
  • You’ll give workshops and write recommendations
  • You’ll give advice on and facilitate communications and training
  • You’ll coach change managers and IT managers of our customers
  • You’ll help to detect resistance as early as possible
  • You’ll perform stakeholder management
  • You’ll report on the status of your change management project in a clear an structured way
  • You’ll help our customer to reach a better ROI and higher success of their projects
  • You’ll work for our customers or within our own development project
  • You’ll use the principles of the ADKAR model and the Prosci way of working
  • You’ll be part of a small team of Change Managers within Inetum-Realdolmen

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are Prosci certified   
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in change management
  • You have experience in software development and with IT projects. Experience as business analyst and project manager is an advantage.
  • You feel at home in an Microsoft IT environment 
  • You have an analytical mind and like to come up with creative solutions 
  • You have an open communication style and can you listen in an active way 
  • You like to work methodically and in a structured way 
  • You deal well with stress and conflicting interests  
  • You like to work together with colleagues, implementation teams and customers employees 
  • You have editorial qualities: a good knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel are necessary comes in handy
  • You have excellent knowledge of English, French and at least good understanding of Dutch
