YOUR FUNCTION

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • You have the maturity and expertise to deal with C-level managers of organizations.
  • You’ll assess the change readiness and impact of changes on an organization.
  • You’ll create and implement change management strategies and plans, helping employees adapting a new reality faster with less resistance.
  • You’ll give workshops and write recommendations.
  • You’ll give advice on and facilitate communications and training.
  • You’ll coach change managers and IT managers of our customers.
  • You’ll help to detect resistance as early as possible.
  • You’ll perform stakeholder management.
  • You’ll report on the status of your change management project in a clear an structured way.
  • You’ll help our customer to reach a better ROI and higher success of their projects.
  • You’ll work for our customers or within our own development project.
  • You’ll use the principles of the ADKAR model and the Prosci way of working.
  • You’ll be part of a small team of Change Managers within Inetum-Realdolmen.

YOUR PROFILE 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in change management
  • Having a Prosci® certificate (3 day training) is a big advantage
  • You have experience in software development and with IT projects. Experience as business analyst and project manager is an advantage
  • You have an analytical mind and like to come up with creative solutions
  • You have an open communication style and can you listen in an active way
  • You deal well with stress and conflicting interests
  • You like to work together with colleagues, implementation teams and customers employees
  • You have editorial qualities: a good knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel are necessary
  • You have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
