Business Line Manager Workplace

YOUR FUNCTION:

As Business Line Manager you will actively contribute to Realdolmen’s future by ensuring continuous growth within your specific business. Lifting the Workplace domain to the next level will be your primary goal and we believe you will achieve this by doing the following.

  • You will define and implement a business plan for short – midterm in collaboration with the Director Infrastructure Services and translate it into manageable objectives for your solutions sales and product managers.
  • You will have full responsibility for creating, developing and maintaining new/your business portfolio while managing your own P&L.
  • From a commercial perspective you will proactively approach the market in order to develop new business.
  • You will boost our service offerings while maintaining the same level of, yet continuously evaluating our traditional business towards our clients.
  • In order to achieve your goal(s) you will work closely together with your direct colleagues in order to maximize cross-pollination between the different domains.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have experience managing service offerings.
  • You are customer focused and aim for long-term relationships.
  • You have a passion for Workplace and you keep yourself updated about the latest trends in (one of) those domains.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
  • You are pro-active, strong willed, dynamic and results driven.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to talk on C-level.
  • You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English
