Accounting Assistant AP

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • Follow-up of an assigned supplier portfolio
  • Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Follow-up of the approval flow of the invoices
  • Incident solving in collaboration with the purchasing department and following up on the credit notes to be received
  • Preparation and checks on payments to suppliers
  • Follow-up on various supplier questions (internal and external communication)
  • Updating of reports on accruals

For this function, you will be working from our HQ in Huizingen with the possibility to sometimes work from another preferred Realdolmen office (Ghent, Kontich, Leuven, Lummen or Mons) or from home.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Constructive, proactive and pragmatic mindset and a real team player
  • You are structured, precise and know how to organize your time optimally
  • You can easily work with different tools and want to learn more about them
  • You are fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French and English are an added value
  • You have a first administrative experience
