Function

As a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) you are responsible for the support of the IT infrastructure of our customers. When you work on an assignment, you will be in close contact with different technologies.

We will provide an extensive on the job training which will be the base of your further career in the world of infrastructure services.

You will provide support for a range of different customers, where you will gain more responsabilities over time, which can include:

  • You deliver 1st/2nd line support
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • You work remotely by phone, mail, but also take over a screen remotely
  • You learn from your more senior colleagues
  • Maybe you go onsite from time to time or take part in an onsite project
  • You are willing to work in a 6h-22h shift system

Your profile

  • You are graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree
  • You can start on the 1st of September
  • You have a driving license (B)
  • You master the Dutch, English and French language
  • Eager to start with a hands-on mindset
