Authenticity in the workplace: A safe haven for all

A safe, open working environment, an inclusive HR policy, an assessment of candidates based on an open mind, like-minded collaboration and respect for everyone’s individuality – that is what authenticity means to our company. Veerle Van Keyenberg is part of a multidisciplinary team working around diversity, inclusion and equality. Together with her colleagues, she inspires internal stakeholders concerning possible actions that create space for real authenticity among colleagues in our daily operations and in our processes. Together with them, she ensures that our authenticity story also remains truly authentic and on the radar. Not just words, but actions, too. We sat down with Veerle to discuss this topic and sound out her views.
